The Frank Lloyd Wright-Inspired Living Room is everyone’s favorite in the new home, inspired by “Usonian” architecture developed in the late 1920s, with horizontal rift-oak paneling on the walls and ceilings. The dining room shares a see-through fireplace with the living room.
Dimmable indirect LED lighting is very important in both rooms. The master suite is adjacent to the dining room, an accessibility feature preferred by mature adults and homeowners with physical limitations.
This home won the Portland Home Builders’ Association “Best of the Best” Award for design excellence, unique features and sustainable materials.
