Master Bathroom Storage Improved + Lit Display Niche
Before: Everything about this bathroom screams that it needs to be replaced and updated. Orange-yellow color scheme, dark cabinets, gold carpet, poor lighting and ventilation.
Before: No character, no personality. Bland and uninviting.
The remodeled 1970s master bathroom has custom two-tone alder cabinets, marble countertop, tile flooring with radiant heating. Storage was increased by 300%
Remodeled 1970s Master Bathroom: A two-person shower is now where the original tub was located, with large bench, with a custom lit display niche, shampoo niche, porcelain tile with decorative inserts. Custom shower door.
The master bathroom storage was minimal. It had a rarely-used whirlpool tub that wasted a lot of space. In the remodeled 1970s master bathroom, the tub was eliminated, providing space for a larger lavatory area and two-person tiled shower with a custom lit display niche. The toilet room has a linen closet, where the one-person shower was located. The remodeled bathroom has custom two-tone alder cabinets with 300% more storage, a marble countertop, improved lighting and ventilation. A decorative feature stripe enhances the shower, the backsplash, and the heated flooring. The walls are Venetian plaster with a metallic bronze finish. (More information below photos). This bathroom earned one local, one regional, and one national award.
