CONSULTING: I will help you with your building or renovation project. These services include:

DESIGNING AND DRAFTING: I use a sophisticated computer-aided drafting program called "Archicad," which allows me to prepare a virtual model of your home, so you can see what it's going to look like from any angle before you start construction, before you start writing checks to contractors and suppliers.
In "virtual" meetings, you will be able to look at your monitor and see what is on my monitor, no matter where you're located. I can make instantaneous changes, and show you perspective drawings of your remodeled home or new home, so you can make the best decisions for your budget and lifestyle.
For years, I have used a professional time tracking and invoicing program which tracks my time to the nearest minute. After our first consultation, you will receive an agreement with details about our working relationship . Every consultation will be followed with a written report by e-mail, and confirmation of the charge made to your credit card.
